Branding Yourself

One of the most important things to do as an internet marketer is branding yourself. Think about it, there are thousands of other affiliates selling your company's products. What would make someone choose to buy from you or work with you over them? What is different and special about you? The answer is obvious if you think about it. YOU are what is different and special. No one else is going to have the same experiences and personality that you do.

First when creating a brand for yourself brand yourself as a leader, entrepreneur, blogger, or marketer. Don't brand yourself as just a seller of a certain product. The reason for this is you may decide you want to promote something else or the company might go out of business and you'll only be known as promoting that product.

Second brand yourself by creating value. Provide posts on Facebook or your blog that teach people things or uplift and motivate them. Share your expertise in marketing and in life. Now I know some of you might be thinking, "How can I do that if I'm new to the industry?" The answer is, "Learn, do, teach, and repeat." Learn about marketing or personal development, Implement what you learned. Then teach what you learned to others in a blog post or Facebook post.
