How to Build Your Business when you Have No Free Time

Let's face it, not everyone has time to sit around all day marketing in their underwear. Some people have a day job or other commitments. If this is the case for you, you're probably wondering how to build your business when you have no free time.

One way is to sneak business into your already busy day. You probably run errands during the day or commute to and from work. On each of these trips, even if it's just for five minutes, you could make a call to a prospect. If you think about this you will be making two calls a day on five days. That is 10 calls you've managed to make in a week. That is definitely better then no calls made during the week.

Do you go out to lunch? This is time that you can spend making calls or even using your laptop to do some work. Even if you don't leave your building, you can make a few calls in the break room or cafeteria. If each call lasts five minutes, In an hour you will have made sixty calls.

Another way is to think of all your commitments. Maybe you play cards for a couple hours one night a week. Maybe you spend Friday and Saturday nights at the bar with your friends. What is this worth to you? Is it worth it to temporarilly forgo these activities for a short time while you build a business that will eventually allow you to quit  your job later? By giving up those activities now, you will end up having more time to work your business now. Later this will result in much more free time when you are able to quit your full time job and only work a few hours everyday on your business.

Finally, stop using the excuse that you don't have time to work an at home business. You have more time then you think. It may require sacrifices now, but in the end you'll make more money and have more time freedom later.
